1. Acceptance
By using WeGiveIt, you agree to these Terms. WeGiveIt is operated by WebQ9. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The Service
WeGiveIt provides a platform for organising group gift collections. We facilitate payment collection — we are not a bank, payment institution, or financial advisor.
3. Pool Rules
- Maximum pool target is ₹49,999 per pool (India gift tax threshold)
- Pools must be for genuine gifting purposes — no fundraising, charity, or commercial use
- Organisers are responsible for disbursing funds to the intended recipient
- WeGiveIt reserves the right to freeze or cancel pools that violate these rules
4. Payments
All payments are processed by Razorpay or Stripe. Refunds are subject to the payment processor's policies. WeGiveIt does not hold user funds — all amounts are collected by the payment processor and disbursed to the organiser.
5. Liability
WeGiveIt is provided "as is". We are not liable for any disputes between organisers and contributors. In no event shall WeGiveIt's liability exceed the amount you paid to use the service (which is zero).
6. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
